About the Client
A growing and well-regarded M&E contractor is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their team. Specialising in commercial refurbishment and new build projects, the company has built a strong reputation for high-quality workmanship and long-term client relationships, underpinned by a commitment to its founding values and hands-on management.
About the Role
You will be working on a range of commercial plumbing installations across office fit-outs, schools, healthcare facilities, retail units, and other commercial environments. Projects are typically located across London and the South East. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term job security and opportunities for progression.

- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including copper, plastic, and steel pipework.
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work to a high standard.
- Work from drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality installations.
- Ensure all works comply with current regulations, health & safety standards, and company expectations.
- Liaise with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Occasionally assist with commissioning and handover stages.
About the Candidate
- Experience as a Plumber on commercial or light industrial M&E projects.
- Comfortable working with a range of pipework systems (e.g. copper, crimped, plastic).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Valid CSCS card.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage.
