Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems across a range of facilities. This role offers long-term stability, strong support from leadership, and plenty of opportunity for overtime and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF, split systems, etc.)

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients

• Complete work orders, documentation, and service reports

• Ensure work is carried out safely and to company standards

• 3+ years commercial HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• EPA Universal certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers
