About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Estimator (open to Chief Estimator or VP of Preconstruction level candidates) to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in the company’s long-term growth strategy and succession planning.
Project Types: Multifamily High-Rise, Educational Facilities, Office Buildings, Mission Critical/Data Centres, Design-Build / Design-Assist projects.
Software/Programs: Accubid (preferred), LiveCount, AutoCAD (a bonus, not essential).

Base Salary:
- Senior Estimator: $125,000 – $145,000
- Chief Estimator: $150,000 – $175,000
- VP of Preconstruction: up to $185,000
Benefits & Package:
- Vehicle allowance of $1,000 per month or company vehicle with fuel card & toll tag
- PTO: 2 weeks (increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years)
- 6 paid holidays
- 401k & health insurance
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Hours: Flexible – 8 hours per day (no set start/end times, results-focused).
About the Candidate
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in estimating, ideally with exposure to multifamily high-rise and educational facilities.
- Leadership Potential: Ready to step into a Chief Estimator or VP of Preconstruction role as the business transitions leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Accubid and LiveCount, with AutoCAD experience being a strong bonus.
- Background: Engineering background preferred; strong commercial estimating track record required.
- Character Fit: Stable work history (no frequent job changes), high attention to detail, ability to collaborate across departments, and strong communication skills.
