About the Role

  • Lead and execute our comprehensive business development and sales strategy.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and credibility.

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities across London and the South, with a particular focus on the commercial property and surveying sectors.

  • Attend industry meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company's profile.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and performance tracking to optimize sales efforts.

About the Candidate

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the construction, property, or professional services sectors.

  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build trust and win new business.

  • A self-starter mentality who thrives on taking ownership and consistently driving results.

  • A good understanding of the surveying landscape in London and the South would be highly beneficial.

  • Confidence in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar platforms).

  • Someone who takes pride in representing a brand and fostering long-term client relationships.
