About the Role
- Create and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and related BIM platforms
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and installation-ready layout drawings
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with other trades
- Interpret construction documents, specifications, and submittals to accurately model project scope
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure constructability and resolve design conflicts
- Develop spool drawings and support prefabrication efforts when applicable
- Update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect field changes and as-builts
- Support project closeout documentation as needed
About the Candidate
- 3–7+ years of BIM modeling or electrical detailing experience in commercial construction
- Proficiency in Revit required; Navisworks and AutoCAD preferred
- Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, healthcare, high-rise, or mission-critical projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
