A leading glazing contractor based in Miami, specializing in the design, coordination, and installation of complex façade systems for high-rise and large commercial developments. The company has built a strong reputation across South Florida for delivering high-performance curtain wall packages on projects valued up to $30 million. Their expertise includes unitized and stick-built curtain wall systems, window wall, storefront glazing, and architectural glass assemblies, supporting developers and general contractors from preconstruction through installation. With extensive experience on high-rise residential towers, mixed-use developments, and large commercial buildings, the firm is known for managing complex façade scopes while maintaining strict standards for quality, safety, and schedule.
About the Role
- Assist in managing glazing and façade projects from preconstruction through installation and closeout
- Support coordination with general contractors, architects, façade consultants, and internal engineering teams
- Help oversee curtain wall, window wall, and storefront system installation on high-rise and commercial projects
- Assist with the review and tracking of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, procurement timelines, and installation programs
- Coordinate material orders, fabrication schedules, and deliveries with suppliers and manufacturers
- Work with site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews to support safe and efficient project execution
- Assist in tracking project budgets, cost reports, and change orders
- Attend project meetings and help document progress updates and coordination items with the GC team
- Support quality control efforts and ensure adherence to safety standards and installation best practices
- Help identify and escalate technical, logistical, or site-related issues during construction
- Contribute to successful project delivery by supporting schedule, budget, and performance objectives
About the Candidate
- Proven experience managing glazing and façade packages on high-rise residential and large commercial construction projects
- Strong background delivering curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and architectural glass systems
- Experience managing façade packages with project values up to $30M
- Ability to coordinate with general contractors, developers, architects, and façade consultants
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
- Strong understanding of unitized and stick-built curtain wall systems
- Experience overseeing site installation teams and subcontractors
- Ability to manage project schedules, procurement, and long-lead façade materials
- Knowledge of South Florida building codes and hurricane impact requirements
- Experience managing project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
