Assistant Project Manager

My client are a succesful general contractor who have undertaken significant growth since their initial inception.

One of their key focuses is within the healthcaresector where they work on large scale projects.

They are currently looking for a Assistant Project Manager for a large scale project in Jacksonville

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing ground-up construction projects

• Assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports

• Help track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to maintain project flow

• Monitor safety compliance and support quality control processes

• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

• Assist in resolving project-related issues and maintain effective communication across all teams

• Experience in construction management, with exposure to critical environments such as Healthcare, Manufacturing or other similar project types.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety standards

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop into a Project Management role
