Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Experience working with gases, fluids, or regulated materials is highly desirable
• Lean or continuous improvement certification required; advanced certification (e.g., Green Belt or higher) preferred
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, quality control processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and execute operational plans with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or similar operational systems
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment involving equipment, machinery, and physical demands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset with willingness to adapt in a fast-paced operational setting
