About the Role
We are seeking skilled Commercial Electricians
to support new-build commercial construction projects
across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in accordance with NEC codes, project specifications, and safety standards. Electricians will work closely with foremen, superintendents, and other trades to meet schedule milestones and quality expectations.
Core Electrical Scope

Install, bend, and secure EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit

Pull, route, and terminate wire and cable per drawings and specs

Install and connect panels, switchgear, transformers, and disconnects
-
Set and trim out receptacles, lighting, devices, and controls
-
Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics
-
Perform rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations

Test systems for continuity, grounding, and proper operation

Support inspections and correct punch-list items as required
Commercial Project Work

Coordinate work with other trades to avoid conflicts

Follow project sequencing and production schedules

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Communicate jobsite issues or material needs to supervision

Assist with commissioning readiness and system turnover when required
About the Candidate
Apprentice Electrician Qualifications
-
1–4+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
-
Enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program (preferred)
-
Basic understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems
-
Ability to bend conduit with hand and mechanical benders
-
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a crew
-
Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance
