The business has a strong commercial service operation and supports a wide range of customers across the region. Their technicians work on complex commercial HVAC systems and equipment, with a focus on high-quality service, troubleshooting and long-term customer relationships.

The company has an established team of experienced technicians and is continuing to grow its service operation, creating opportunities for additional experienced HVAC professionals to join the business.

About the Role

This is a field-based Commercial HVAC Service Technician position covering the greater Atlanta area.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.

This is a genuine service and troubleshooting position, suited to technicians who are confident working independently in the field and dealing with technically complex equipment.

Equipment Experience

Experience with the following would be highly beneficial:

  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Rooftop units
  • Packaged HVAC systems
  • Air handling units
  • Cooling towers
  • Commercial heating and cooling systems
  • Controls / DDC
  • Major commercial HVAC equipment

About the Candidate

We are looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians at Level 4 or Level 5.

The priority is on strong Level 4 technicians, although Level 5 technicians are highly desirable. Level 5 candidates should ideally have experience with controls/DDC systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong commercial HVAC service experience
  • Level 4 or Level 5 capability
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working independently in the field
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, rooftop units and other commercial HVAC equipment
  • EPA certification – mandatory
  • Controls/DDC experience – highly desirable
  • A professional approach to customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required

Candidates located south, southwest or west of Atlanta are particularly attractive due to the location of the operation and the amount of driving involved. Strong candidates from other areas of Atlanta will still be considered.
