- Lead all internal recruitment for Just Construction’s US expansion.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the right talent to join our team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to onboarding.
- Implement and refine recruitment tools, systems, and processes to support our growth.
- Build strong internal talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
