In her previous role, she joined a start-up in its earliest days, creating the entire hiring function and helping the company scale across multiple markets. Carli thrives in environments where she can be hands-on in shaping processes, driving growth, and finding the right people to fuel that success. Joining Just Construction’s US expansion is an exciting opportunity to bring that same energy and expertise to a new chapter of growth.

Carli’s responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Lead all internal recruitment for Just Construction’s US expansion.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the right talent to join our team.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to onboarding.
  • Implement and refine recruitment tools, systems, and processes to support our growth.
  • Build strong internal talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
